Share Your Ceremony

When we step into ceremony with heart, mind, and spirit, we strengthen our focus and align with what we value. As we do this, ceremony becomes an offering—an expression of gratitude,

a memory, celebration, or transformation. Ceremony is created with intention, in order to express meaning.

This brings purpose to rituals and actions in our daily life. Ceremony can be held alone or shared in community. There are many special days or moments that hold personal and collective importance.

We often perform rituals on these occasions, but we may forget why we do them.

The power of ceremony deepens purpose within our hearts in our daily lives and cultivates

intention through ritual acts that honors our relationship to creation.

We invite you to share ceremonies you practice from your life and experience.

What celebrations and life transitions have you created your own ceremony for?

Thank you for sharing them as an offering to the community, from your unique personal perspective!

Please submit a description here about your ceremony and a photo if desired. Make sure to state the intention of your ceremony, how you structure it, and what is needed to prepare.

“When humans participate in ceremony, they enter a sacred space. Everything outside of that space shrivels in importance.

Time takes on a different dimension. Emotions flow more freely...

All is made new; everything becomes sacred.”

- Sun Bear (Chippewa Teacher)

True ceremony can help all of us reconnect with Mother Earth and with ourselves. It is one way we can fulfill the vision of the Earth & Spirit Council “A world where people live in harmony with Nature and each other.”

"The call to live a ceremonial life may sneak up on you, or it may be clear from the time you attend your very first ceremony. If you Listen, you will hear ancestral voices whispering in the wind and over the waters. They are inviting you to participate in a great ceremonial renewal, spiraling toward your center and the true purpose of our existence.
